Return and refund policy

Cancellation and refund policy:


For the products sold, we offer customer service ‘return within 30 days and replacement within 60 days’.

NordikSone promises that within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product (subject to the date of receipt), if the product and packaging are the same as when it was sold and the accessories are complete, we will provide a full refund.

NordikSone solemnly promises that we will provide replacement services within 60 days from the date the customer receives the product (subject to date of receipt) (please keep the packaging and other accessories intact).

Returns and exchanges will not be provided in the following cases:

Products not sold by NordikSone
All used goods, with the exception of quality issues
All products with quality issues caused by abnormal use and storage;
The product's outer packaging is damaged (including packaging materials, labelled boxes or outer packaging bags), and product accessories, instructions, warranty sheets, labels, etc. are missing.
If the product has a label, avoid cutting or damaging the label, as a cut or damaged label has a direct impact on the return service.

For returns service:

If there is a product quality issue, please submit a photo of the damaged product so that we can confirm free refund or free replacement service for you as soon as possible. If it is only a one-sided product quality complaint but the customer does not submit a photo of the damaged product, we will not be able to provide free return and exchange services and the customer will have to pay the shipping costs to return the product themselves.

If the product is returned or exchanged due to reasons such as style, colour, size, personal preference, etc., the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer and the new shipping cost will be borne by the NordikSone seller, who will provide a free replacement service.

Notes: Photos and information are for reference only, not a quality issue. Due to issues such as photography lighting and colour difference on different monitors, there may be some colour difference between the product image and the actual product. This is not a quality issue and the actual product shall prevail.


Return request:

For all returning customers confirmed with NordikSone, please send the tracking number to info@nordiksone.com to expedite the refund. (The start date is to inform the return email, if no product has been returned for more than 7 days, by default, we will refuse the customer to return, we have reason to refuse refund).

The product's outer packaging is intact (including packaging filler and outer packaging box or outer packaging bag), product accessories, manuals, warranty sheets, labels, etc. are complete, and the product's original quality is maintained as it was when it was sold.

Please state the reason for the return or exchange. If the product has quality problems, you must state this.

If the item is returned, the items invoiced must be returned at the same time;

Attach an invoice or packing list from the post office:

If the product has several gifts, you must return the gifts together. The gifts must be of the same quality as when you received them. If the gifts cannot be returned, the online price will be deducted from the refund;
